At Makanalani, every piece is created with care, intention, and aloha. We want you to feel confident in what you wear — but if something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help make it right.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you’d like a different size, color, or style, just let us know — we’ll guide you through the simple process and cover return shipping for your first exchange.

If the item you’d like isn’t available, we can issue store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Returns

If your order didn’t work out this time, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus original shipping).

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In their original packaging, with all tags attached

Please note:

  • Final sale items (including clearance, accessories, and gift cards) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns may be declined if the item shows signs of wear.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
  1. Email us at returns@shopmakanalani.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange, credit, or refund within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at help@shopmakanalani.com within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right immediately.

Gift Returns

Gifts can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase when proof of purchase is provided.
