At Makanalani, every order is packed with care and a touch of aloha. We do our best to make sure your pieces arrive quickly and safely.
Processing TimeOrders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
During busy seasons or new launches, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & DeliveryWe currently ship within the United States (including Hawaiʻi and Alaska).
- Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing
- Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days after processing
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order total.
Orders over $300 ship free within the U.S.
Local Pick-Up / EventsFrom time to time we offer local pick-up or event pick-up. If available, you will see this option at checkout or in the product description.
International ShippingAt this time, we ship within the United States only.

PreordersIf an item is marked Preorder, please refer to the estimated ship date in the product description.
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise noted.
Tracking Your OrderOnce your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed PackagesIf tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have your package, please:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or common delivery areas.
- Contact the carrier directly to open a trace.
- Then email us at orders@shopmakanalani.com with your order number.
Makanalani is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier, but we’ll always help however possible
